Summary

In today's meditation, you're guided in a transformation to joy in the final episode of this week's Inner Renewal series. Give yourself a little extra time to meditate today. I encourage you to meditate outside and tune into the natural world around you.

We launch into a new meditation series this week focused on Inner Renewal. Pivot from negative thinking and renew the way you view your life. In each day's episode, you're guided, as always, with insight into the week's renewal theme. Then, you're guided in a meditation to renew the way you view your life experimenting with different meditation techniques each day.

This is part 7 of a 7-Part Series Inner Renewal Meditations, Episodes 968-974.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE:

Seek out what brings you joy. Start a joy journal to begin to notice what brings you joy each day.

A DIFFERENT MEDITATION TECHNIQUE EVERY DAY FOCUSED ON A WEEKLY THEME:

You are guided with a different meditation technique every day that is customized for the week's theme. Weave the techniques into the most stressful times of your day to manage difficult emotions. The meditation techniques help to calm the "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
