Summary

The Crown Chakra is the gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual connection. This meditation helps you transcend limiting beliefs and connect with your true, limitless potential. By opening and balancing this energy center, you'll cultivate an "unbreakable" sense of inner peace, clarity, and connection to something greater than yourself. This practice prepares you to embrace the new year with expanded awareness and a profound sense of possibility.

This is a BONUS 7-day meditation series offering you a longer, guided meditation. These are the same meditations I share daily on the Sip and Om meditation app that you can access for an entire week free. Enjoy!

THIS WEEK'S SERIES

Often, our struggles aren't caused by the challenges themselves, but by our resistance to them. This meditation series explores the power of acceptance and non-resistance as key components of resilience. By learning to embrace the present moment, just as it is, you'll cultivate a sense of inner peace and stability that allows you to weather any storm.

0:10.0

You are being guided on a journey of resilience this week.

0:14.2

And you have two major challenges, your quest for this week.

0:20.0

And that is first to brag about yourself.

0:23.6

And this can be done as you journal.

0:25.5

It can also be done, especially it's helpful if you brag to someone else about your

0:31.4

strengths and about what you're doing each day to make yourself better and even what you did that was positive to

0:40.4

accomplish something this week. Now I want to share with you an example of how my day went

0:48.5

today. So I woke up and I had all these goals planned and I had one interruption after the other and I had all these goals planned. And I had one interruption after the other. And I became so distracted

0:58.9

that I thought, I'm just not going to do half of what I had planned because there's no reason to do that.

1:07.0

My flow is really interrupted. And so I was just really off all day and I found I

hardly got anything done and I thought about how I could have not allowed myself to

1:20.6

become distracted but it was important I needed to be there for someone. And so that was my priority. And even though I felt

1:33.6

disappointed that I had let go of my priority, I knew that I could always resume what I'm going to

1:43.5

do.

1:44.4

For example, I could do it later tonight, which I'm not enjoying working in the evenings.

1:53.0

I prefer to work in the morning, but I can still get it done.

Well then a couple neighbors invited me to go to a party.
