Because stress takes a toll on your life.

When you're under a lot of stress, you mistreat the people that you love the most,

you completely mistreat yourself.

When we're under a lot of stress, overwhelmed, we make decisions that are contradictory to health.

It's when we decide, oh, I don't have time to exercise.

I don't have time to meditate or do yoga or do things that are restorative.
