In this meditation, we are focusing purely and simply on falling asleep, deeply asleep.

Use a dedicated space, dress in loose clothing and prepare to practice this meditation.

You can select any comfortable, safe space.

However, as the purpose of this meditation is your deep sleep, I suggest you choose

When you are ready, we will begin.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Close your eyes, move your body around so that you feel as comfortable, as possible,

Notice your breathing, inhale and exhale.

Any way you breathe at the moment is okay.

Simply notice the action of breathing in and out.
