| 0:40.1 | Before we start, dress in comfortable clothing. |

| 0:48.0 | This space can be anywhere which suits you and is safe, however the aim of this practice |
| 0:57.6 | is falling asleep, so I suggest you climb into bed. |
| 1:07.1 | Set an intention for this practice, focus upon the intention and when you are ready, |

| 1:23.7 | Set down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 1:35.2 | Move around slightly, whether you are seated or whether you are lying down. |
| 1:44.6 | Move around, make yourself comfortable and notice how your body is feeling at this time. |
| 1:59.6 | And comfort in the position in which you are aligned at this time. |

| 2:22.4 | Notice the rhythm of your breath, notice the length of the breath, the depth of the |
