Now, he's been in coffee for so many years that it was hard for us to nail down a specific subject.

So we kind of went with the history.

For those just backing into this who don't know anything about him him he's been a roaster and he was one of the

original coffee bloggers he took a lot of opportunities to be at every single coffee event possible

every competition whether he was supporting a competitor or just being there to learn and support. And he

also took a lot of time out of his life to stop at all the shops. I remember when we first opened

Verve, he would stop in and take pictures of our drinks. And there's a number of famous baristas out

there that were basically made famous because Tony got them out into the internet.

We had a hard time nailing down a specific subject and it's likely that we'll have Tony on to

speak specifics. But in between now and then, get ready for a fun one.
