Welcome to the Cat in Cloud Coffee Podcast.

We're sitting in the M3 in the top of the parking garage in downtown Santa Cruz. It's hot in here. It's hot in here. No one else is in here. Maybe we'll crack a window. Maybe we'll listen to a Nelly. You guys hear that car sound? All your clothes. I am getting so hot. I want to roll the window down. Oh. Sick one. We are in between meetings. We've been a big day. It's been a big day. We've had several meetings, several interviews. Yes. With some local papers, which has been radical. Super fun. Super fun to talk about what you're all about. And super thankful that they want to reach out and chat with us. Yep. And we have another phone conference in about 45 minutes. So we're going to get

down. Yeah. First and foremost, though, let's all give ourselves a, what do we call that, a digital

round of applause. We got all of our permitting approved. So we are about to build this mother out for real.

And the crowd goes wild.

Yeah, we got our environmental health sign off,

which is kind of the last thing hanging over our heads.

And we are pumped.
