So why don't you talk about Venable?

Because I think from my view, it's the most well respected legal firm in the

entire country for this for this type of service that you provide.

Yes, so Venable is a full service law firm. We started actually back in the 1800s.

So there actually was a Mr. Venable at one time.

And so it's a very old firm. It started in Baltimore City and over the years it's starting in the 1980s

started to grow and decided to develop a regulatory practice and so when you have a regulatory

practice it always makes sense to have a Washington DC office and then

recently in the 2000s we added at LA office, a New York office, and a San Francisco office.

And so we do full service.

So we do everything from IP work to, it was intellectual property, to contracts, to distribution agreements to just

general corporate work as well and my specific expertise is in food and drug law

and advertising law and advertising law.
