You got it here Benny. There you go. He's holding up. This book is so friggin amazing that I'm actually applying the tools on how to effectively practice drums to try and to get my instrument rating as a pilot.

And it's it's it's paying dividends and first of all I just want to say welcome.

All right well let's let's let's jump right in I've only read the first like 40 pages because I have 80 D and I'm all over the place and all I've done is like.

Like even like everything about it like the whole like when you sit there and you think that you're practicing for an hour. Right like I'm gonna play drums for an hour every single day and blah blah you always hit this guy's only play for six hours.

Right play for I practice six hours a day break it down where you actually like recorded yourself.

Right I mean that practice room to see like how much you were practicing and you realized that in like you had it for like 90 minutes or something that.

That you realize that you only were actually practicing so for some really small amount of time how much was it was yeah was embarrassing.
