| 0:50.3 | I think it's a very relevant term that's in some ways overused. |

| 0:58.0 | But I think being aware of your state of mind, being aware of how things might be changing as your days going on. |

| 1:09.0 | And before you know it, you may well have a dip. And how you recover from that dip is actually really key to your own position. |
