I also practice meditation. I allow myself just to take a pause and let myself feel the full range of emotions. If I'm angry or sad, I let myself feel it. Once that emotion is out, I can continue being happy and productive throughout the day. Thoughts on Breathing People tell me to do it, but I don't use breathing [special breathing techniques] that much. When I walk, my breathing auto adjusts to the level I need it to be.
