today what's on the minds of buyers and sellers right now. Think about it. If you're in the US, we've had 10 million

transactions a year since I got started in 1989. 5 million buyers, 5 million sellers.

Some of those properties withdraw, cancel, expire, some of those transactions fall apart, but at the end of

day you're talking about 10 million transactions a year.

And I would argue that today, when you look at even the web demand of online shoppers, people looking for properties people saving
