So could this be the absolute best market for you to be in right now in real estate?

I would actually argue yes.

But during the pandemic, post 9-11, post the crash or during the crash of 2007, 8, 9-10,

one of the things I started to say to myself was, I'm a wartime general, that I perform better

in these types of environments.

And yeah, I was probably lying to myself in the very beginning because I was trying to

get myself into the right mindset.

But what I know to be true is if you actually study the history of business, almost every

great business was birthed out of a challenging market, a high interest rate environment,

a bad economy, right?

Some kind of crisis.

And that's when all the best businesses were formed because they had to do it the right

way, they had to work hard, they had to really be meaningful for their clients in that kind

of environment.

And then when the market turned, they were on fire.

So that's why I say to you, I think right now is the single greatest time on the planet

to be you, to be in the business and to be here in this time.

Now is the time to get the disciplines down.

Now is the time to get the routines and the habits down.

So when the market turns, which it always does, we always go recovery and then we go boom.

When it does, you will be a different
