Hi, my name's Andy, and welcome to Radio Head Space. So it's Wednesday morning and it's a good

0:28.0

a time as any to ask yourself, have you ever really considered how you see yourself and if the thoughts related to that are

0:37.3

actually true or not. It's always surprised me over the years as I've met people

0:42.3

traveling around speaking to people

0:44.0

we all as human beings we tend to have a very sort of fixed idea of who we are what

0:49.1

we're about and very often that ends up defining how we live our life.

0:54.0

So I've met so many people who, you know, they'll tell me about an incredible sort of

I haven't got time for these games. I'm too busy.

1:51.0

Although it may sound like a game in the same way that if we had

1:54.9

something wrong physically we would take time to investigate and explore the

1:59.5

body to better understand what it is in just the same way in the mind we need to

2:04.3

explore and better understand what it is so I would say when you're anxious where do you

2:08.7

feel the anxiety and they might sit and they say oh well I normally get it sort of in my chest or in my stomach or you know I feel this kind of sensation and we go through a process.
