Hey everybody, welcome to the Tom Ferry Show.

A question I get a lot.

Actually I get it almost in the form of sometimes a complaint, sometimes it's not fair, sometimes like, well if I was then, and it usually goes something like this.

You know Tom, it's not fair, you're always like this, you're always fired up, you're

always enthusiastic, or they ask my wife, is he always like this remember last week's show is he

always like this tell me he's not and my wife actually smiles and says yes

but only for 25 years since we've been together yes

been married to my wife for 23 years and we dated for two years prior to that plus at

least a year and a half of lead follow-up to close the deal. Here's the question though. Like, since we are

what we repeatedly do, when I tell people, look, I've got a formula for success and

this is the first one I've ever shared like in a format like this and you know I'm not a big fan of magic formulas I don't think there are really magic formulas I think it's really just about

finding something that works and doing it over and over and over

and over again until it's just ingrained into it, it just comes out and just becomes natural, it becomes automatic,

that it becomes who you are, it becomes part of your DNA. so when I sit with people I just observe

how they act I observe their being choices I observe their language and then I just ask them are you satisfied like are you

satisfied like it took you how many years and how many days to get to this point

are you satisfied do you want more? Well, we become what we repeatedly
