I'm back with my friend Ian Clark who reversed some life-threatening

health issues that he had in his 40s and now in his 60s is absolutely

thriving and today we talk about three pillars that in an unconventional way that you have probably not heard before and in a way that really addresses root cause first principles issues that happen within the body, especially as we age.

And these pillars have helped him take his biological age

from his genealogical age of 65, I believe now,

down to being a measurable biological age of somewhere between 25 and 35, which is pretty astounding.

And I've been experimenting with these things as well, and my biological age is currently almost 10 years below my actual

age as well so definitely have had some firsthand experience with this and I've
