Five of the six wide receivers seem to be set for the Pittsburgh Steeler's final 53-man roster.

We all know about Deontay Johnson, George Pickens, Alan Robinson, Calvin Austin, the third,

and Special Teams Ace Miles Boykin.

With the Steelers traditionally keeping six wide receivers going into week one of the

NFL season, that number six spot seemingly seems up for grabs.

Anthony Miller, Gunner O'Shefsky, Cody White, Des Fitzpatrick, and Jordan Bird will battle it out in Steeler's training camp.

But my bold prediction is instead,

wide receiver hakem Butler makes the Steeler's final 53

53 man roster.

Butler had a dominant final year of college at Iowa State where he racked

up over 1,300 yards receiving and nine touchdowns.

And sure, Butler did not live up to his 103 overall draft selection in the 2019

NFL draft with the Cardinals. After several injuries Butler flamed out of the NFL and found himself in the XFL.

But Butler honed his craft and went on to make First team all XFL in 2023 where he led the league in receiving

touchdowns and finished second in the XFL in receiving yards. He really had a connection going with former NFL QB,

A.J. McCarran. At 6'5, 227 pounds, if Hakim Butler can keep up the momentum from the spring, I believe he should be considered

the favorite for the sixth wide receiver spot and ultimately make the 53-man roster for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
