So they have this moment where they're like, I'm going to stop being, you know, this person I don't want to be, and they give it a shot, and they suck. So they're like, I'm not good as a good person. So I'm going to go back to being a crappy person. And they ruin all their relationships. They ruin their family. They end up broke. They end up dead. When you get rid of these mental thoughts that your body's become addicted to, your mind's become to it it's learned to be a negative person it's learned to be a backstabber it's learned to be all of these things that isn't going to change
