Everyone says that patience is a virtue, especially when you're mastering alchemy, mastering

navigating through expansive and contracting cycles and deaths and rebirths.

What happens is that we forget that the seeds that we plant always circle back.

Sorry I missed you last week.

I know we were like amidst the season of The Alchemist, but your girl didn't set herself up for success.

And then I went on this trip and I'm

recording so many podcasts for the next guest season in New York and in London and in Lisbon.

And honestly, I just got really overwhelmed. I think I felt incredibly burnt out. My body was

hurting from travel and I was having a major contraction moment before an expansion and

in the way that I desire to honor my body and honor my space and honor my heart and my soul

and my intuition I was like the world doesn't end if I take a week off you guys will still be

here I feel like there's this narrative, like, especially with like social media and

management, it's like you have to be consistent or else no one's going to show up. And I'm just like,

okay, but like I want to be an example for you guys that if you are feeling incredibly burnt out,

give yourself a break. The world's not going to end. If you call in for work, maybe it's

uncomfortable, maybe, you know, using your sick days, like, kind of suck.

But it's like prioritizing yourself will always come back to you in tenfold.

And I just want to be like a living, breathing, embodiment and example of that for you guys.

So today we were recording in my hotel room in Sassimra.
