I watched a thing on YouTube about, so you know Russians were trying to make dogs from wolves just

like less than a hundred years ago. They were just taking wolves and breeding out aggressive

behavior and so these the American couple bought some of these like six generation less

aggressive wolves and then they brought in comparison so they'll have you sit in a chair and they'll bring in a you know a half wolf or whatever and what you notice is the behaviors of a dog are so much different than even just a domesticated wolf is essentially what they are just so they don't make eye contact.

Dogs are one of the few species in the world that will make eye contact and look to your

eyes for emotions.

Well, there he goes, you little freak.

There's almost no other animal in the world that does that,

that looks to humans in their eyes for behavioral cues.

But the wolves were a little bit more, the look away,

they're not gonna touch you as quickly and stuff. So if you're looking to adopt a domesticated wolf,

they are available, they're expensive,

and their high maintenance.

And also, just get a shelter dog, don't be an asshole.

Why would you get a jerk version of a dog for thousands of dollars?
