So everyone I talk to is looking for the quantum leap.

How do I go from here to here and do it as quickly as possible?

It goes without saying, I would love for you to do that.

And yet what I know is to go from here to here it was a thousand moves and little

steps along the way and it never actually looks like this it looks like this and

then like that and then like this and like that and then like this and all of a sudden you're here and

everybody's like girl boss how did you do it dude how are you able to do this and

what you should say is I was doing the thing that gave me the power I was doing the thing

that gave me a power I was making the adjustment that was uncomfortable and because I

did that over and over and over it looks like I had a quantum leap. The reality was I've just been doing the work and if you get that today you can transform your life forever.

Right? It's not about the magic formula that has you go from here to here.

If that existed, I'd be making it available.

It doesn't exist. What exists? all great producers know, all great

entrepreneurs know. It is about the 10-year journey of doing and doing and

doing and doing and doing and doing and iterating and changing and doing and doing and

iterating and changing then the algorithm adjusts and then this adjusts and

then the market adjusts so I keep doing and doing and doing and iterating and

iterating and iterating and all of a sudden a decade later everybody's like,

wow, how'd you do it?

You're like, I work my face off for the last 10 years,

got it?
