Well, what I've been doing this year, which has been sort of a banner, pivotal year of new

projects for me, is in addition to practicing law and a deep background in mediation and

teaching mediation and negotiation, I decided to launch my own podcast, which is sort of a teaching

pedagogical podcast to help people learn how to negotiate as an everyday skill because it

applies to everyone, everywhere, every day. And then I noticed something that I had never

noticed before, which is that in my 10 years of teaching
