What are you seeking as you meditate? You may not realize the powerful healing ritual you are creating as you meditate. Each time you sit down to meditate, you unleash your own healing potential. Affirmations are a major component of a healing journey. In this week's series, you're guided as you explore the healing benefits of an affirmation in each episode. I've been doing that for myself for a while and I so enjoy it.
