Summary

"Meditation has helped me be more understanding of others going through a rough time." ~ Taje from Pennsylvania, USA

What are you seeking as you meditate? You may not realize the powerful healing ritual you are creating as you meditate. Each time you sit down to meditate, you unleash your own healing potential. Affirmations are a major component of a healing journey. In this week's series, you're guided as you explore the healing benefits of an affirmation in each episode. You'll be guided with affirmations and inspiration from the simple yet might book, "Affirmations for Self-Healing" by J. Donald Walters.

In each episode, you'll discover an affirmation to unlock your own healing power.

This is day 3 of a 7-day Healing meditation series, episodes 2215-2221.   THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Healing Quest this week by giving yourself self-care. As you nourish your mind, body, and soul with self-care, you are encouraged to mentally repeat the day's affirmation. For extra Healing Quest bonus points, you are encouraged to write your reflections in a journal.   THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:   Day 1:   Energy Day 2:  Patience Day 3:  Enthusiasm Day 4:  Willingness Day 5:  Kindness Day 6:  Truthfulness Day 7:  Introspection   SHARE YOUR MEDITATION JOURNEY WITH YOUR FELLOW MEDITATORS   Let's connect and inspire each other!
