You have been on a challenge this week where every day you are invited.

To go on a freedom quest where you consider the kinds of distractions that seem to plague you

and allow yourself to break free of these distractions as certain points throughout your day.

So you might pause in the afternoon and think about what kind of distractions you're experiencing.

And in the evening as you go to bed at night, you might think about what distracted you most during the day.

And then think of how you can begin to let go of these distractions.

So think about what it is that you like to be thinking about.
