I'm Mary Mechley and I welcome you to day three of this series where exploring this week.

This week we have a theme that is important to everyone these days and that is regaining your mental focus.

0:27.8

In fact, you could consider yourself as reclaiming your mental focus because

0:35.4

it seems as though your time and your attention is at an all-time premium these days and

0:44.7

one of the most difficult things people tell me they have doing is focusing.

and research shows that most of the thoughts we think each day are negative. In fact 80% of the

2:53.4

thoughts we think each day are considered to be negative thoughts and a whopping more than 90%

3:02.5
