hardest things I've ever had to do in my life because I speak so quickly. Having a guy

at an engineering booth tell you to slow down for five straight days was,

was an interesting experience. I feel a pain because the same with me. And every time you stop,

then you become really self-conscious of every word, did I say it right? Do I need to go back?

It's a really painful thing when you've done it the first time. But five days in the booth, brother, wow.

Well, you know, it's funny because I had this, you know, when the publisher told me, they said, you know, we're going to fly in L.A. And you're going to record, you're going to record your audiobook. First of all, they made me audition for it. I had to send them like a recorded chapter to read my own book. And then, you know, so I had this, this thought in my head of like, I'm going to roll into

this studio on Sunset Strip and like where Aerosmith recorded, right? There's to be this giant panel with like dudes smoking and like groupies hanging out. And I'm going to be in a booth with headset and you'd be looking to me. No, no, no. I went to a little place outside of L.A. They shoved me in a place the size of a closet.

And there was a guy in my ear just saying, stop back up. I went to a little place outside of LA. They shoved me in a place the size of a closet.

Stop back up, slow down for four days.

It's painful. Magical experience I was looking.

And writing a book is not magical.
