Jake, I'm doing great today, and you know why I'm doing great today?

You're going to, because you have something to thank me for.

It's all because of you. And it's because of the conversation we had yesterday. I was a little cuckoo yesterday. I was a little pissed off. I was a little flabbergasted. And I went to my buddy, Stenziano, and I said, Jake, I can't find deals your brother. I'm letting you down. I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong here. These deals don't make any, make sense.

And you just said to me, Gino, you're looking at it from a rational perspective. You walked me off the ledge. And I needed that. And sometimes partners and friends need that. And if I didn't have you yesterday, I may have jumped off the ledge. We don't want that to happen, man. Let's keep each other alive, all right? I'm just acknowledging you, and I'm acknowledging the power of having a partner, the power of having somebody to talk to when you're an entrepreneur, because it's a lonely venture. You're in your room, busting out work all day. No heat today. Got the car heart on, you know? It was 70 degrees on Sunday.

Now it's 30.

And you got no results.

And nothing's going on.

And I pick up the phone.

I said to Jake, what am I doing wrong here? And you're like, Jake, do you know, you're not doing anything wrong? As far as I'm concerned, just keep doing what you're doing. And so just wanted to give you a big shout out.
