started by telling us a little bit about

yourself and what you do? Yeah, definitely. So I am the founder of a startup called 81 cents,

and he started 81 cents almost four years ago at this point, really with the goal of closing

pay gaps for underrepresented and historically excluded minorities.

And we do this by basically supporting candidates through tough negotiations,

performance reviews, trying to help them figure out if they're being paid fairly or not.

And we have sort of an interesting approach to doing this in which we try to go out and source the data that candidates need to negotiate effectively and to really kind of build confidence to do so.

So we've built this awesome network of at this point about 2000 plus hiring managers, recruiters, really senior professionals who basically give candidates
