And you may have a lot of habits that you do to start your day.

You may wake up and grind out your workout.

You may meditate where you sit down and put in your time. This week is all about consciously renewing yourself as you

start your day. So if you already have some pretty good habits and if you're here

learning to meditate, then you probably have a pretty good start on creating a morning ritual, but I encourage you this week to

consciously feel renewed and restored as you do your ritual.

What I mean by that is instead of feeling as though

your rituals are another item on your to-do list,

something you check off,

and feel as though you're getting a great start to your day

your workout, your meditation, your journaling,

So as you're exercising you might think about how you're nourishing your body and

Become consciously aware of the experience.

If you're meditating, instead of looking at the timer or thinking, I'm just going to sit down and I know this is good for me, so I'm just going to try to feel still. Actually give yourself an experience where you notice subtleties

in your thought, you notice what your distractions are and you allow them, you work with them. You notice where you feel peace and you deep in that experience. So you become consciously engaged in these rituals. Now as part of your theme,
