0:11.0

I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose. If you're looking for more of a

0:16.1

wine glass, you've come to the wrong place.

0:20.6

I was thinking the other day, what would a perfect day for me look like and it would

0:26.3

definitely be very different than what I thought a perfect day was in my 20s and

0:32.4

30s and I don't know if it's because of age or just you know my

0:38.9

inner growth my my my taste changing right my life taste changing the what I feel is important and

0:48.8

valuable all of that changing I don't know what it is but it's definitely very different so my ideal of a

0:57.2

perfect day today is a lot more simple than it was you know know, when I was younger. It's different in that, well, let me tell you.

1:56.4

and you just you know spend a couple hours for you so whether it's journaling or

2:01.4

blogging or you know writing without like an agenda. I love that kind of writing so

2:07.4

That that form of writing would have to be in the day

2:12.0

Of course a really good hot cup of coffee. Some form of movement. So whether it, a run, a hike, a crossvit class, something where I am moving my body and sweating and the benefits of movement.

2:38.3

I've always been,

2:41.8

I've always loved the feeling of moving my body ever since I was a kid so whether it came

2:49.8

through breakdancing or skateboarding or riding a bike or you know doing wheelies or whatever

2:57.0

movement is something I enjoy so some form of movement.
