| 0:00.0 | You are listening to the J. Faruja show, the podcast that helps high achieving men get lean and jacked, build an unbreakable mindset, and become the man you're meant to be. |
| 0:19.4 | Yo, what's up guys? So pick it up where we left off last time I was telling you about I was starting to feel a little bit of a scratchy throat, a little bit run down because of the fact that I had the cheap meals and all the over-training with clients and friends in town. |
| 0:30.6 | It got me. I had to cancel a trip to Montana, got wiped out, came back a little too fast, started feeling better, and then try to come back |
| 0:38.7 | to the gym a little too soon. So I did one hard day. If I took the day off and didn't do |
| 0:44.4 | the hard day back to back, I would have been good. But I didn't, I didn't listen to my intuition |
| 0:50.4 | and listened to my body. And so I took the next, I didn't take the next day off I just went straight to the gym trained huge mistake set myself back several days and then what |
| 0:59.0 | happened was um I just I just kept getting worse so I had to cancel the trip which sucked |
| 1:05.6 | didn't really do anything on my birthday well I was fine with that whatever um and then finally I |
| 1:10.5 | caved and I got some Ivermactin. |
| 1:12.1 | I haven't used ivermectin before. I was just hyperlote, hypodosing, hyperloading, |
| 1:17.5 | you know, overdosing on vitamin D on oregano. I've been using thymus in the peptide, |
| 1:25.3 | and I was just taking elderberry and a few other things but uh I just |
| 1:29.5 | wasn't getting anywhere I really crushed myself I really haven't been obliterated sick like that since |
| 1:33.2 | June 2024 when I was running an event and I had pneumonia throughout the vent which was crazy so I kind |
| 1:38.7 | did a Jordan flu game performance and and gave it my all and then I was just absolutely wiped out after that. So this is where we had ahead, where we're at, I had to cancel the trip. Taking Ivermectin right now, went a little hard on the Ivermectin the first day. You know, I just kind of in that mindset of that mindset that if you're going to do something, you know, you go hard, you go all in. So I maybe went a little high dose on the Ivermeccan. And what happens is, which I didn't know, you wake up in the middle of the night with blinking lights and like this weird orangey yellowish tint. And I was freaking out. I was like, oh, fuck, I just blinded myself. That's great. But I got a hold of my friend and client who has a lot of experience with Ivermectin. And he told me what's going on. He's experienced that whenever. So I cut the dose down and should be good now. So now I'm regretting even recording this because it's nighttime, which I never do. It's 9.30 at night when I'm doing this. And usually I do these podcasts in the afternoon. And as we all know, when you're sick, you get a little worse at night. So hopefully I don't have to keep clear my throat like this as I'm trying to kick out of this once and for all. But I recorded the podcast earlier today and then I looked and it was gone. |
| 2:52.7 | I didn't record. I don't know what happened. So that's why I'm coming back eight hours later and |
| 2:58.5 | trying to do it again. So anyway, in addition to all that, what I'm going to do now is, you know, |
| 3:05.9 | for what I've gone through the last few years, health-wise, my mitochondrial production is just obliterated, just totally dead in the water. |
| 3:13.9 | And I got to get that back so I could start to have some energy and just, you know, start to really feel great again. |
| 3:19.2 | So what I'm going to do is I will be starting a peptide run. Now, I've answered questions on the podcast |
| 3:27.5 | before about peptides and physique transformation. And it really doesn't do that much. There's not |
| 3:33.5 | really anything that's worth a damn. But anyway, I am starting, but there are peptides for a lot of |
