This is episode 1001. Welcome to the Daily Meditation podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I'm honored you're here as you get ready to slow down. However you do that, whether you actually sit down and meditate, that will give you amazing benefits or whether you are out walking and relaxing

It's all good. Well, in today's episode, you're going to discover a meditation technique to help you with clarity.

Well, you'll also discover an herb that will benefit you as you undertake a quest.

So you came up with a quest for this week that you're going to explore.

Well, there's an herbal tea that you can sip that can help you as you go about

your quest. The herbs are powerful. They can help you in a similar way as a meditation technique.

Of course, you always want to check with your medical care provider

to make sure that the herbs you might drink or even use on your food

are going to benefit you, especially if you take other medications

So don't be afraid of the herbs, but just take care.

And the herb rosemary is an herb that I selected for you as you begin a quest in this week's series because it's an herb that helps you with clarity. It also helps you to remember.
