| 0:56.0 | I'm just jumping right into something. I know. I am out of West Lake Village, California. I've been in the business 16 years, coaching with you 15 right from the beginning. Never took a break. |
| 1:08.0 | And, you know, just thrilled to be part of it because I think when the market's pivoting, which it is right now, you are always able to keep us on track. |
| 1:20.0 | My background is I'm a marketing background consumer marketing. I was a buyer for Target from Minneapolis. I moved to California from Mattel and was VP of marketing for sake of America, went in the .com.bus business. |

| 1:34.0 | And then I got my Rilliter license in 2005 and it was actually a good time because the market was starting to turn. |
| 1:41.0 | And I had to work hard. I had to be gritty and I went into the short sale business. |

| 1:47.0 | And I don't think I've ever left, took in my foot off the gas because I feel like you always have to work hard. It really doesn't matter what market. |
| 1:55.0 | You're, I mean, so literally this morning, if you Google businesses that started in a recession, ladies and gentlemen, we are in a recession. |
| 2:05.0 | It doesn't mean that real estate is in a recession and it's not 2007, 8, 9, 10. |
| 2:09.0 | But the US economy is in a recession. |
| 2:11.0 | Correct. |
| 2:12.0 | When you, when you do the research, you're going to see that some of the greatest, most iconic businesses on the planet all started in a market like this. |
| 2:20.0 | So knowing that you started in a similar situation is exactly why we're standing here today doing this podcast. |
