Summary

Be guided in a meditation to live a relaxed lifestyle that creates true happiness.

This week, we launch into a meditation theme to close out the year on a positive note! You're going to be guided in meditations to tune into the gifts of the holiday spirit. You're also gifted the entire series of 30-minute meditation experiences from my Sip and Om meditation app. Spend a little extra time reflecting on this year.

This is part 4 of a 7-part meditation series titled End of Year Meditations, 1662-1668.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE:

This week, go on a Inner Silence Quest!

Light a candle and sit in stillness every day this week. Listen to your inner stillness.

A DIFFERENT MEDITATION TECHNIQUE EVERY DAY FOCUSED ON A WEEKLY THEME:

You are guided with a different meditation technique every day that is customized for the week's theme. Weave the techniques into the most stressful times of your day to manage difficult emotions. The meditation techniques help to calm the "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
