Welcome back to another episode of Sex and Marriage Radio.

And oftentimes when the fall season starts coming into play, you know, with September

is right around the corner.

Sometimes September is referred to as Sex-Tember.

You'll see a bunch of challenges and aspects of things that people are capturing a focus of the month.

Sure, sure, yeah.

If you will.

And so we're doing the same thing in a slightly different way.

And it's something we've never done here at Sexie Marriage Radio before.

And I'm quite excited about it and curious how it's going to go as far as how people

are going to respond and how it will be received.

And so we're doing a seven-day sexual energy challenge.

Sexual energy.

Okay.

Right.

We're not talking about, because one of the things you'll hear about across the interwebs

is the seven-day sex challenge, which is like have sex seven times, you know, throughout, during those seven days, right?

That's not what this is. It's not what this is. We're going to look at the idea of the energy associated with our sex lives. And how do we cultivate that? How do we create it? How do we steer it? How do we own it?

And so it's through a lens of a, it's a grown-up way or a differentiation way to

generate your own energy and heat and then choose to share it. So what mannerisms do I have? What

communication style do I have? What do I bring to the table? And also, what is it that helps

you be fully alive, both as an individual human and as a sexual being? Because things are interwoven right there we try to
