0:52.3	I was in New York yesterday, flew in last night. I got up this morning. I didn't know where the elevator was. It's been one of those kind of mornings. But I'm excited to be here and talk about this market. A little bit going on right now, right? Even in the last week, we've seen some pretty big changes and moves in the market. Pretty interesting in what's happening. But I want to talk to you about a couple of things as we get started. I'm going to tell you what I know to be the biggest issue for Americans in housing right now because we were just shown it about two and a half months ago. You can write this down. You can use all this information, take it and use videos,
