This is Jay Parker here with this week's sex chat quickie. Let's talk about orgasm. We've talked about it quite a bit,

but it's a topic worth revisiting because many wives report struggling to reach climax as often as they'd like or not at all.

What can help you reach that elusive peak of pleasure?

Back in 2017, researchers went through data from 52,000 survey participants and found that

vaginal penetration alone is unlikely to get most women to climax. A penis and vagina orgasm can be

great, but it often follows on the heels of an orgasm achieved

in a different way. Specifically, this study suggested a combination of three actions, which they

called the Golden Trio. First, genital stimulation. As we've often noted, stimulation of the clitoris

is what brings a wife to climax. Since vaginal penetration is indirect stimulation of the clitoris,

it's more difficult to get the right angle, pressure, and intensity to bring her to the peak.

More effective is using hand to directly touch the clitoral hood well north of your vagina.

You might also enjoy massage of your vulva to reach the clitoral extensions on either side of your

vaginal opening.

Speaking of direct contact, oral sex is the second action. That's oral sex for her, by the way.

Why is oral sex helpful for many wives? Well, she gets lubrication with his mouth. He can cover a larger area with his mouth and tongue, and the tongue can do more delicate things than a man's finger. Of course,

some wives are reluctant to give this activity a green flag, and some husbands hesitate as well.
