Yeah, it's definitely an interesting space.

predictable occupancy. You know, I started, I got into this industry, honestly, because of my

grandparents, I saw for them go through some level of senior care or senior

housing, whether it was like a nursing home or assisted living, independent living, and really got a taste for the whole industry.

And an understanding of how families experience that it's very different than a lot of different spaces because, number one, most people don't necessarily want to move to senior living.
