In today's insight, you are going to discover

the best way to harness your breath

to release fear. Fear is perhaps the biggest obstacle to becoming iconic and

it's often fear that you may find causes you to even sabotage yourself.

And when you consider your fears on your journey to becoming iconic,

consider for a moment how your fears are very often

not based in any kind of truth.

So when you look at the reality of your fear,

fear is usually something that happened in the past

that you think may happen again and that puts you in the future

fearing something that has not even happened.

So you may be fearing those things that have already happened
