week you are becoming iconic. You are owning how iconic you are and in today's episode you're going to be guided with insight to help you become more iconic by

releasing fear and then you're going to be guided in a meditation using an affirmation to release this fear

to become even more iconic than you already are. Now I want to mention to you that your challenge this week, every week you are

guided through a series with different meditation techniques each day and you have a very important part of each

week's series and that is your challenge or your quest.

So this week you are on finding a medicine in your struggle quest and this is where you reflect on the valuable lessons, the growth, and the healing

that come from difficult or challenging experiences and you are going to look for the

positive aspects or transformative elements within your struggle. So that's what you are encouraged to focus on every

single day this week and you're going to be guided to do that right now. As you reflect on your fears, I encourage you to come up with something that reminds you of how brave you are. Reflect on times in your life

when you exhibited bravery. You were courageous.

Reflect on a recent time when you were brave. You are brave and I know that because here you are showing up for yourself and as they say in

yoga the most difficult pose you can do is standing firmly on your own two feet.

So you may do all these different advanced poses, but the most difficult one is standing on your own two feet,

standing steadily and you are here facing your fears.

As you reflect on when you have been brave and courageous.

Reflect on a time in your past when you were brave.

Maybe it was something you thought about you planned for and you did scared.

Or maybe it was something that faced you suddenly and you spring into action and you realized how much courage you have.
