and you're invited to do a mudra. I know many of you really enjoy the

mudra techniques. You tell me that they're one of your favorite techniques.

So if you're not sure what a mudra is

a mudra is simply a way you position your hands and fingers and it stimulates a corresponding region of your brain.

So mudras have been done for thousands of years

and the mudra for this week is very simple and easy to do. It is called the Deanna Mudra and it represents

finding the peace and harmony in your methodology.

So finding peace and harmony as you go about becoming,

when you are met with challenges. So to do this Deanna Mutra, you will take your left hand and place it on your lap wherever you're seated and your

palm is upward that's it and then your right hand you'll place your palm downward on your lap. So your left hand has your
