First of all, I want to start.

Last week, I got a ton of feedback when I started sharing some more personal stories

And then I just got away from it for a variety of reasons.

my good friend my client uh and we met up at gold's venice and had a great push day workout we uh we

caught up for a while did did a lengthy warm up and then we we did some lateral raises, some, some cable, see the machine flies.

The hoist machine flies actually very good.

We did some incline presses.

And then I, we walked out together. And then actually walked back into subject back in and do some intervals.

Great session. Always good to see my man. And, you know, as I've mentioned plenty of times before, that keeps me motivated. That keeps me pushing to work with guys who are younger, who are faster, stronger, bigger, you know, have maybe better genetics or pro athletes. That always keeps me motivated. I think you should always do the same thing. You should always surround yourself with people who are better than you in some way. Maybe they're better athletically. Maybe they're stronger. Maybe they have genetic advantages that you don't have. Maybe they are younger than you. Maybe they are smarter than you. Maybe they make more
