overlooking Sarasota Bay and I'm very excited to share this final episode with you today.

Now, as you've gone through this series,

you've had a challenge.

Your challenge has been to every day before you go to bed at night to surrender something,

to release something over which you have no control. And this can be really difficult to do. And as a

culmination of the entire series, each episode you've gone through this week. I want you to think about as your

insight. I always share insight with you the very beginning of an episode and

then you're guided in the meditation. Well your insight for today is to consider how when

you begin to take these steps to release yourself from feeling stuck or from perhaps grief or fear or self-doubt or worry whatever it is you want to release. You do this because of freedom. You

want to feel free within yourself. You still want to explore the full range of human emotions.

But you want to do so with a sense of freedom, being able to manage whatever emotional state you happen to be in.

And what can happen is these big emotions we experience can create what is called in yoga and meditation of Riti.
