Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I'm a meditation teacher who shares a different meditation technique every single day.

Now it can be a little difficult sometimes to just sit down and close your eyes, relax your body and

you're meditating, experiencing this amazing inner stillness. That's not often, it's not usually
