If you want to succeed in your business, make money, and live the life you desire, it all comes down to the number of appointments you go on. Appointments are the lifeblood of our business. But how many conversations do you need to have to get just one appointment? Across all my clients, there’s one number that comes up, and it might be the secret to success. That’s what I’m talking about on this Mindset Monday.

0:06.7	It's also easy not to do and it's easy to say, I'm not really sure.

0:12.0	Right now, our clients are having 20 conversations to one appointment.
0:16.4	So they have 20 conversations to schedule one appointment.
0:19.8	So I would ask myself, how many appointments do I need in order to achieve the money I want
0:24.5	to make between now and the end of the year, understanding that every appointment with
0:28.1	a buyer isn't going to magically convert into an offer that's accepted.
0:31.9	Every appointment with a seller isn't going to automatically meet a listing taken to
0:35.6	a listing sold immediately.
0:37.4	Everything takes time and follow up.
0:39.4	But the bottom line is this 20 conversations, one appointment, 20 conversations, one
0:44.2	appointment.
0:45.2	That includes calling my past clients in sphere.
0:47.4	It's following up with all leads.
0:48.8	It might be for sale banners and expires.
0:50.7	It could be circle dialing.
0:51.9	It could be open houses.
0:53.3	It could be hanging out of coffee shop and saying, I'm a real estate agent.
0:56.0	Everybody got a question.
0:57.5	There's no wrong way to have meaningful conversations.
