Summary

Tenderoni Hotline #1: Hello my beauty! I’m so excited to introduce a brand-new segment here on Feminist Wellness, the Tenderoni Hotline, where I answer your most tender, curious, and heartfelt questions about healing, self-trust, and the nervous system.

In this episode, we’re diving into how to stop emotional outsourcing, that habit of looking outside yourself for safety, belonging, and worth, and start reclaiming those from within. I’ll share how to recognize when you’re losing yourself in other people’s needs, plus simple, science-backed nervous system regulation tools to help you catch dysregulation before it hits a 10.

This work is gentle, practical, and profoundly powerful. You deserve to feel safe in your own body and to belong deeply to yourself.

enjoy this new segment. Here we go. The first question I want to answer today is this. If emotional outsourcing

1:46.1

is about safety, belonging, and worth, how do I start sourcing those from within myself?

1:51.9

That's where I keep getting stuck. Okay, understandable. Let's start with the definition. So emotional

2:12.4

That's my definition.

2:13.6

2:19.9

because it kept you safe in your family, in your culture, in your school, your community,

2:24.5

it kept you safer.

2:26.7

So how do you begin to reclaim that?
