Sometimes in life, you just need a little help.

We are social animals, and that's why it's so important to spend time building a community,

investing time in your platonic friendships and the family that you still talk to.

Send a text to somebody who you love now and just let them know, hey, I appreciate you.

I really can't stress that enough. But you can also hire some help

by getting a therapist. I've seen many therapists in my life. Today, we're talking to a friend of

I think Benjamin is, as one friend ages ago said, it's sexier, but for some reason I say Ben, because that's what my mother calls me.

And Benjamin, I think, was what people called me when I was a kid when they were angry

at me, like, Benjamin, right, David Russock.

And, yeah, and that was a problem.

So it has kind of negative association to it.

And I think it's also, I feel like I'm putting people out by making them say more syllables.

Yeah, I've never made anyone call me Samuel.

That would be, that's my name. Yeah, it's kind of pretentious, actually, don't you think?
