A lot of people think that you know you need to be all completely a

hundred percent in on coaching to get results from it and I push that on people but I also let

them know doing 80% right if you walk away with 80% you're going to be walk away with a better life, a better body, and knowledge that you'll

be able to use for the rest of your life.
