University. I worked really long hours and I didn't have a whole lot of friends. So in the

articles online and Mike Robertson wrote a lot of those articles that I became obsessed with in my early days as a strength and

conditioning coach. And he along with guys like Eric Kressy and Pavil and Dan John were my early inspirations for being a strength and
